I use http://www.uploadmasters.com they are free to use you dont need an account and offer image sizes up to 3MB with thumbnails.

I think most sellers use a site like Photobucket.com because it was specifically started for eBay sellers and then grew to something more. Most of the other free hosting sites started back then have closed down. The basic account is free and is adequate for small sellers. Larger sellers can move up to a pay account or acquire their own domain and website.

 

All hosting sites will go through problem periods each year when photos may not display for a day or two for whatever technical reason. It is the nature of the Internet. Even if a site has 99% uptime, as does mine, that means it may go down three days a year, as does mine.
