OK, so I've been in eBay since April 2000. I've sold a lot and bought a lot in that time. Recently I opened up a store and only kept it for a month. Unbeknownst to me Picture Pack was added to all my GTC items. If you have a store it's free. So yesterday I noticed that some of my items (9 to be exact) had automatically relisted as they were GTC. So by chance I look at my bill last night, and for ALL 9 I was charged 75 cents per item for the damn Picture Pack. I'm on the phone with them (eBay) and I keep being put on hold. Then I was told that they can't refund fees until after the item ends, oh and by the way, only if it has been ended within 12 hours of it's listing. So now I'm waiting for a supervisor...but who knows how that's going to go. I'm SO frustrated with eBay. There are many other choices out there. If they don't take these off my bill, I'm done with them for good!
