Yes, you can use PhotoBucket to place images in your listings. It is not very different than when posting on the boards. Here is a little tutorial that should help. Let us know if you need more help!

Uploading Images to Your Host

When you upload your photos to a dedicated image hosting company such as PhotoBucket, the company will generate a couple of codes for each image. While some of the codes may work with eBay, some of them have extra coding that is not necessary for a eBay, and some of the code may link back to the image hosting company. The safest thing to use is the direct URL or direct link. The direct URL is simply a link with no extra coding. Depending on the host, you may find the direct URL positioned in such a manner like below.

HTML Codes

Copy the direct URL from your image host. It will look something like:

http://www.myhost.com/image.jpg

To display the image in your auction, place this HTML in front of the URL: <img src="

And place this HTML behind the URL: ">

The Result:

<img src="http://www.myhost.com/image.jpg">

Placing the Code in Your Listing

Finally, you are ready to place the images in your listing.

1) eBay has two versions of the online listing form. The "Customize" lister and the "Simple" lister. The "Simple" lister has only the RichText editor without the HTML tab, so you can't add your HTML code there. So be sure to click the Customize Your Listing button

2) Click the HTML Tab to Paste Code

3) Flip back to the Standard Tab to Edit Text

Yes, the direct link is what I recommend and use myself. Some members use the "HTML Code" from PhotoBucket, but I do not like it because it links back to PhotoBucket.
