help with posting picture to discussion board

Can anyone tell me how to post my picture directly on the discussion board. I can post a picture using a link but I can not figure out how to post directly on the board??? Thanks for any help!!

I also have greatly benefited from your link. Last week I played email tag with Ebay about this and they said it couldn't be done!
