The toolbar available from anywhere.ebay.com is it a legit toolbar?

I ask this because anywhere.ebay.com does not seem to be owned by Ebay.

The ebay toolbar /. sidebar is now an add on for your browser.

For each browser you use, click site map at the bottom of the page, then at the lower left under buying resources, click ebay toolbar
