Hi all, There are a few different methods available to contact Customer Support. Each of them has a different function and will yield different results depending on the topic of your question. • sellerpayment@half.com – This email address is for questions/issues surrounding seller payments. • service@half.com – This email address is available for any question. However, it is important to keep in mind that because we receive such a variety of questions through this method of contact, response times can be delayed. This is due to volumes as well as the time it takes to get the inquiries to the correct department. • Help Wizard – using this form of contact will allow for a quicker response time as it requires you to enter the topic & subtopics of your question. Doing so allows our systems to direct your inquiry directly to the appropriate department to address. To use the help wizard, click the ‘? help’ link at the top of any Half.com page. Once you are on this page, click the link in the side bar on the left hand side titled, ‘Help Wizard’. From this page, you can select the topic of your inquiry; Your initial selection will determine the subtopics that populate in steps 2 and 3. For example – if you have already filed a claim with Half.com’s Buyer Protection and you want to follow up on it, you could select: Buying -> Buyer Protection Policy -> How long after filing a Buyer Protection Claim can I expect a resolution Or if you are trying to report a Prohibited Item, you could select: Policies (Rules and Safety) -> Prohibited Items -> How do I report an item that I believe to be in violation of the Half.com Prohibited Items Guidelines? Once you have selected your topics, click on the ‘Continue’ button. This will take you to a page with a brief answer to the topic you selected. Below, there will be a link titled, ‘Contact Customer Service’. I understand that a delay in getting a response to your question is frustrating, but I hope that clarifying the above avenues will help you in determining the best method of contact for your questions to Customer Support. Thanks, Meredith
