I've had the same problems as everyone else with yesterday's listings not showing up and sales not being removed from the sales page.

So, I read the threads, followed your advice to send customer service an email yesterday. If you want a laugh read below what they just sent me. The book they refer to is one that I entered 9/27, and yes, those books show up. argh I love the part where they say "Please be assured that your items are available for sale on Half.com." Yeah, sure they're available. When I go to the listing page and my book isn't there, how is that available? There is no 'support' in our 'customer support'. Why can't they just tell me they have a problem and are working on it? :_|

Hi,

We hope you can help us. On Sept. 16th we were suspended from ebay for one day for selling TE. :( All of our store inventory was removed and our half.com account was put on vacation settings. Our half.com account is still on vacation and we cannot change it. Anything we list will not show up. We desperately need help and cannot find any. :_|

I think the whole half.com computer system is out of sequence or something. This is really not critical but, I have a feedback score of a whopping 28, yet when I post these replies they show 27. If you click on it you see 28. ??? weird ????:|

dede_and_amanda,

You could try calling customer service if you have an hour or so availble to wait for a human, but they'll probably tell you to email them something about your problem. My experience with emailing CS is to get a standard answer email back, in about 2 or 3 days, that has nothing to do with my problem.

Hopefully, some of the more experienced half.com sellers can come to your rescue. Good luck.:8}

when I click on your feedback I see 28.....not the 27...have you signed totally out...cleaned out cookies and signed back in.....

dede and amanda....

as far as I understand, the only way your account can come off of vacation is with the help of cs...since it was put on vacation due to listing violations......

there usually is some "time limit" on suspension...however, you will have to contact service@half.com or call the 800 number to get more details....

make sure you go through your listings and remove anything that doesn't meet the new guidelines....
only exact matching ISBN's are acceptable to list on the site...

the complete list of what is no longer allowed to be listed can be found in the help section...

hows it going..
i have the same problem..i listed 25-30 books yesterday, none of which are in my inventory or in their proper listing..i relisted one to check today and it niether appears in my inventory or listings either...yesterday, i deleted all my cookies, thinking this might have something to do with it, but to no avail..if a half technical support team member could check this out for me and contact me, i'd really appreciate it..im not relisting any more of the books...thanks, dave

What I listed yesterday and today is not showing in my inventory. I e-mail customer support. One of the titles I listed at the $1.51 less than any other copy on half. I did a search on that title and you see my price as the best price on the search page, but when you click on it , the best price is $1.51 more.

The books I listed on 9/28 are not showing in my inventory either. I did a search and they are not showing up on the site at all. How can we sell them if they are not there....

I'd also like to chime in here and report that since Sept. 27, no new inventory has appeared in my list. I've entered at least 30 new books and even if I search within my inventory, the books are obviously not there. This has to be more than a case-by-case basis, since other people are experiencing it. And for me, it's been 48 hours. So there is indeed a bug and I'd love it to be resolved.

Could some kind person please give me customer service's email address and phone number. It's not easy to find and I have been looking for days. Maybe I'm just blind, but I cannot see it listed.
