I've had the same problems as everyone else with yesterday's listings not showing up and sales not being removed from the sales page.
So, I read the threads, followed your advice to send customer service an email yesterday. If you want a laugh read below what they just sent me. The book they refer to is one that I entered 9/27, and yes, those books show up. argh I love the part where they say "Please be assured that your items are available for sale on Half.com." Yeah, sure they're available. When I go to the listing page and my book isn't there, how is that available? There is no 'support' in our 'customer support'. Why can't they just tell me they have a problem and are working on it?

All of our store inventory was removed and our half.com account was put on vacation settings. Our half.com account is still on vacation and we cannot change it. Anything we list will not show up. We desperately need help and cannot find any.
