is there any solution yet to this cluster of a mess? I entered 50 books last night. Do I really need to retype the ISBN's into an email and send it to HDC Support?

I have 32,000 books sitting here in my apartment and I need to list them! Acckk...

Okay, maybe just because I'm cranky this morning at having my entire inventory wiped out by this Half.com problem, but has anyone gotten ANY response from them? I've been emailing service@half.com AND copying those emails to Amy and I haven't even gotten a standard canned reply. Nothing, just dead silence so quite even the crickets are too frightened to make noise.

Does anyone have any idea just when this problem will be addressed or if they are even acknowledging that there IS a problem? Our inventory began to disappear on the 26th and would only bring up the 60 or so items I listed the day before and by the 28th all of it was completely gone.

Can anyone tell me, just HOW we get them to help us? I used to sell on half years ago when they first started then stopped due to lack of time and other life events but have started selling again in April of this year. This was not normal back then. Is this the case now? The site breaks and they don't keep us in the loop about when it'll be fixed? I seem to remember customer service being WAY better than this.

Okay, thanks for the ear, now to figure out just what I'm going to do to move some of this invisible inventory.

I was silly enough to enter about 25 books yesterday without first reading this thread to see that books are not showing up in inventory. Mine have joined the AWOL party. Hope they're having a good time. Response from emails to CS? Of course not.

But has anybody had sales for gotten purchases that they have ordered in the last week? ????? couple nights ago placed an order from parrish....seemed to go through got my dc numbers etc.... had two sales...received emails...... although inventory count didn't change...items were no longer listed...

update on my post.....

my sold items not showing up in inventory....

just searched for my item on site...it's still showing there although...not available for sale....

I guess its too soon to tell, but I am suspecting that purchases and sales may be lost in that "buffer" link, with any recently inputed inventory...

But, if some of you are selling and buying and thoose purchases are getting marked "as shipped" by sellers, they must be going thru...Still don't know, i think..

I spent some time the last 3 days entering inventory that is not showing up in my inventory or posted for sale on the Half.com site. Some items are showing as listed in my inventory, but not on the site. Since I mostly sell textbooks, and this is an important selling period, I thought I'd list with the competition in the hopes of getting a sale or two. Guess what! Most of the items I'm having trouble with at Half.com could not be listed with the river competitor! Is that stange or what?

Any ideas when this problem will be fixed?

I've two sales dated the 28th. Came through normally with the e-mail notice. Nothing since.

Just checked, mine are removed from my inventory. TG for small favors.
