con4 - I go one step further and send them specific ISBN's that aren't showing. It worked last time we had this issue - they at least referred it to the "Technical" area!

I did that when I responded. One in particular, "Crying Freeman," was a good example as it doesn't have anyone currently selling it so it says unavailable. I added 4 copies starting 2 days ago. I've tried to add it 12 since. (I'm not worried about duplicates! I have pleanty of them and will clean them up if they show up.) So I listed another captured that screen. Captured my inventory screen, and then captured the product screen to show that the system tells me it's added, but it doesn't show up anywhere.
But, since so many are having this issue I think they just send that email out to try and put us off. They have to know that's not what we're talking about at this point right?
Errrr!!
Man I'm getting hungry.

I don't know if you're allowed to say, but I have a bunch of books, cd, dvds, laserdiscs and VHS (100,000+ pieces) and I don't want to just let them sit, where else is a good place to list them?
I love the half.com method of adding. Just type in the ISBN or UPC. Are there any other good sites like this? I've only really used ebay before, but... after doing this fast listing stuff, I'm not really wanting to go throught the add item screens either, lol.

Somebody should be seriously annoyed. I just picked out seven books to buy from the same seller and HDC would not let me check out. I could get to my cart but when I tried to check out the page timed out repeatedly.

I will go for a week or two and not sell a book and then all of a sudden I sell several in one day.
If people can't place an order you aren't going to sell any books.

Some of my items showed up after I sent them the ISBNs. I'm not sure its related. But, I can't add items still, or at least I can't add them so they show up.
Now I'm hearing that people can't buy my CDs either. They are able to use ebay to contact me but they say when they try to buy they are DENIED!
So... What books did you try to buy? I'll give you a deal! lol. Maybe we can get more selling done in the tech channel since the store is FUBaR.

The check out problem seems to be browser related. I was using Firefox. When I switched to IE it let me through. Of course all of the books had disappeared out of cart by then.

Slightly off thread, but still a technical question.
I did an inventory sort by sales rank, then reversed it to get the best sellers on top. I then went into repricing mode to see what my inventory was selling for. Much to my confusion, Half lists no site sales at all for 5 of my supposedly top 25 sellers and no site sales for 18 of my next 25. There are also sales spread at random through the rest of the inventory. I would think that most of the books that I have recently sold would have been in the higher ranking, but how would one know?
My question is, how does MUZE create the sales ranking? Obviously, it has nothing to do with Half's sales which leads me to the next question. If Half's sales don't reflect the industry, what do they reflect? If the non-textbook (my kind of inventory) sales here are mostly old customers with just a dash of new buyers then the textbook scam was a site killing disaster (Bragging Gary Briggs aside).
Any inquiring minds out there with the answer?

Most working features in Managing Inventory were effectively destroyed in October 2005.
Some may work sometimes but cannot be counted on.
Sales rank doesn't work. Some of the same items show up in my highest rank and in my lowest. That makes the feature utterly worthless.
I detailed some of this a year ago in the Open Letter. No response yet.

I was able to recover seller list....by
going to MY Ebay..... down near the bottom is a drop down for favorites (not the side blue link) I chose see all Sellers....
and the blue side link worked again.
