Yesterday and today, I have been getting Page Not Responding, periodically throughout the day. When I retry loading HDC from favorites, it usually will load after a few attempts. Yesterday I thought it was my ISP, but as more reports are coming, I think HDC is malfunctioning again.
As others have stated, you can also access HDC from ebay.
Until this is fixed, be careful about listing, editing, or deleting items in inventory.
Also, check your sales page daily for new sales. Do not rely on you've made a sale emails, as they are not coming in a timely manner, and sometimes not at all.

I am in my inventory doing some alterations and such. On this isbn 0446360252 for Why Me? The Sammy Davis, Jr story when I click on view it takes me to the listing, when I select Edit it brings me a blank page.
I cleared my webpages, cookies and whatnot, closed the internet explorer page and then re-opened and logged into my account, yet I still get a blank page on this particular listing. Very strange

Two sales yesterday and no emails. Spam filters checked, etc, no emails. Despite others reporting this problem on a regular basis, it has been months since I have had this occur. Some times there are several hours between when the sale shows up on my account page and the email, but they usually arrive. Anyone know if this has been occurring for more people, more often lately, or is it just my turn in the barrel as a past supervisor used to say?

is there still a thread to report sellers who list multiple listings ? see the following http://product.half.ebay.com/_W0QQprZ46744361QQcpidZ1317644341 there is a seller listing the same book in the same condition 9 times in the new catagory effectively hogging the listing. I know there was a thred before about this. Thanks guys!! I really love doing this as a part time hobby

I just used the contact a buyer and there was no longer a clickable option to have a copy sent to the your own email box. When I clicked on the help notes for this feature it states that the default is that a copy will be sent to me.
No copy arrived in my email box for this particular message to my buyer. They usually arrive fairly quickly after I have sent them. Without getting my copy I have to wonder if my message was sent to my buyer at all....

Well, for the two sales that I did not get emails for on Nov 28, I finally got an email for one today, Dec 3 (maybe the other is still on the way). What can we do but repeat, check the Your Account page early and often.

Ok, received an order (rare event) for one one book (Blues for Charlie Darwin by Nat Hentoff.) When I clicked on the order number I was taken to Ask the Parrot by Nat Hentoff. The picture was of Ask the Parrot by Richard Stark. Richard stark is Donald Westlake and several other names, but not Nat Hentoff. Ask the Parrot was just released on November 23, 2006.

I need some help with this one. I printed a media mail label from the HDC paypal site, had to void it as it should have been a Priority Mail label. Tried to print the Priority label and paypal shipping went down - the site said I would get immediate credit for the Priority label and to try again later. I have just printed the correct Priority label and a couple of media labels, so I know paypal shipping is working now. I went back in to the Priority label that never got printed OR credited and tried to void the label.....there is NO VOID OR REPRINT LABEL to click on. There is simply a "?" and a box. When I click on it up pops a box telling me to click on void or reprint - which I can't do.
Any clue as to what I do now?

immediately send an email to paypal.....if you have to void postage label and you wait more than 24 hours...you are SOL......
I think if you sign in....there should be a way to email them directly from your account???

Thanks Nala - I was sure I could count on someone.....thanks. I have finally found a "contact us" at the bottom of the paypal page and have emailed them.....now I'll see if I can get my $4.05 back......

only reason I know....I screwed up on a void...printed and voided one....didn't realize I hadn't done the other....didn't catch it until 24+ hrs. later.....lost money on that!! (learned my lesson)
