NEW: Shipping Assistant Pilot Integration with eBay

- Shipping Assistant now offers a pilot integration with eBay. Sellers can import eBay auction information into Shipping Assistant and create labels for their auction items with minimal manual key entry.
- The eBay import can be accessed by clicking LABEL IMPORT WIZARD in the Shipping Cart. You will be prompted to enter your eBay account credentials and Shipping Assistant will then obtain shipping label information from your ‘Sold’, ‘Sold and Paid’ or ‘Shipped’ auction items.

September 30, 2009 Automatic Upgrade Enhancements
The following enhancements and changes will go into effect with the September 30, 2009 automatic upgrade:

- To meet U.S. Census Bureau mandates, Shipping Assistant gives shippers creating international labels or customs forms the ability to input an Exemption/Exclusion Legend or Proof of Filing Citation. For more information, please click SELECT in the Customs Information section of the International Shipping Label.
- The Retailer, PDU, and Customer addresses used in Electronic Merchandise Return Service can now be saved to the Address Book for storage or future use.
- Customers using approved, non-integrated IBI postage meters can now key their device manually into Preferences instead of selecting from a pre-determined list.

Performance Enhancements and Tips
Shipping Assistant start-up has been altered to decrease the time required to launch the application. If you continue to experience extremely slow start up times when launching Shipping Assistant, it may help to purge information from Review My Shipments by taking the following steps:

1. Create a backup of your shipment history by clicking 'export results' in Review My Shipments.
2. Navigate to the ‘General’ tab of Preferences.
3. Select ‘60 Days’ in the PURGE SHIPMENT RECORDS FROM HISTORY AFTER: drop down list.
4. Click SAVE and completely shut down and re-launch the application.


This will delete shipment records older than 60 days each time the application is launched. IMPORTANT: Exported data from Review My Shipments cannot be imported back into the application
