Hello,and thanks for your time! I dont know much about these or what collectors look for aside from the condition. Mine has stenciled or sprayed? information on the top? I can read some of it. has owners name, charleston, washington ect... Inspection tag is still on, partial sticker on side, says special troops and owners name. That's a use specific container,ie;tent box. I use Army boxes especially signal corps ones to store things in. With a good gasket they are airtight and very handy. They don't sell for a whole lot of $ though. Here's my armory-

I sold one for 25.00 in better cond. I suggest you keep it as a conversation piece and storage.

Unfortunately, what collectors look for is the contents of the foot locker, not the foot locker itself.
