Once again my original post has fallen to the bottom without a response.

Perhaps this forum is only for sellers with large feedback numbers.
Maybe I should have used my seller ID instead of a seller/posting ID.

Bottom line....I feel sellers are not being "heard" and policies will continue to preclude the fact that feedback is not a level playing field as long as buyers cannot be left the appropriate feedback when they are at fault.

The seller is the hostage at this rate.
Very scary.

Great insight, my friend :^O :^O :^O

Ya know, that's why I wanted to be able to be an eBay seller in the first place. At one time I felt very confident and had a bit of an edge toward some similarity of running a small web business.

Now, I'm frightened every time I list an item that I'll be ripped off by an unscrupulous buyer and have to take the flack.
