I'm not sure what i have here. They are pleated, and feel very rigid, but look, and feel like a fabric. The inside has some type of plastic liner. they measure 12" from top to bottom, and 18"across the bottom, and 11" across the top, this includes the pleat. any idea what i have here...Thanks for the help.
