Notice the front brake pushes down through the fender against the tire.

I'm pretty sure this is a "Huk" bicycle produced from the early 1900's up to the early 1960's.

The front handbrake configuration was common in European bicycles on that era. The rear "rack" had a spring-loaded "gripper" that was hinged at the back. These were very common in the 1950's & 60's.

I'm not sure the seat is original as it is similiar to seats used in the 1970's.

I would date this particular example from the early to middle 50's.
