I am sorry folks, but I am sick and tired of endless scam threads!
This bumps other threads off the first page that have been running for quite a while, such as the jokes, helmets, etc.
I know these scams concern everyone and you want to talk about it. I suggested earlier (in one of the threads) that people keep their comments to one post. This makes it easier to see all information in one thread related to scams & keeps our other threads alive.
I respectfully request that everyone keep all discussion about scams to this or one of the other threads. I also ask if the pinks would please pin the thread to the top of the page for easy access.

Just a heads up for members that have paypal accounts if you get an email from paypal@accounts.com it's a scam to gather all your personal information.

There is an attachment to the email do never download it and fill it out... Mark it as spam and delete it........... Unless you have millions of dollars and are giving it away. In that case then look me up Anyhow you all have been warned.

Just another small update I sent the email to paypal and here is what they wrote to me.

I like the posted cartoon suggesting a checking account number is all a scammer needs.
Complete nonsense. If that were true the bank would not give you a "check book" to the "checking account", because every check carries those details, plus your signature. The only reason the Nigerian scammers ask for "bank details" is to give some legitimacy to their claims they will pay money in to the account.
If they want bank details then they need merely do a google search and then watch the money roll in......
