I have noticed that you can only post a motorcycle on ebay if you mark the title as clear. But many of the people that I contact say they do not have the title to the bike there selling,they only mark it that way to complete the post.Buyers should be aware that just because it says clear title in the desciption banner that there may not be a title , and in many states like mine (Texas) no title means that you can never register the bike or ride legally on the street.Make sure you contact the seller before bidding on a motorcycle or you may get stuck with a bike you can't use.
