HeHe,

I figured the NAVT board would appreciate this one:

"All items from a non-smocking home"

Well, as long as you aren't non-quilters too, I guess I'm okay with that...

I have some mess-ups that I do over and over.   Like cottong=cotton and Police Page=Policy Page (That one stayed in a listing for several weeks.

One that I almost did.. I call computer a puter...when I spell check it, it will be corrected to read peter....I have to watch that one, because I often write about my puter....

I'm laughing so hard. I once got a GREAT eBay deal on a "Hull Mixing Bowel Set" because in those days "Mixing Bowl" would never have turned this up.  NOBODY bid on it and it was gorgeous.

I've come across a lot on craigslist when I'm apartment hunting.  I have seen listings with:

an indoor porch

walking closets

well isolated walls

There have been more that that is all I can remember now.

I can't help laughing at typos. im such a bad proofreader when it comes to something I write.  I did tell the seller it was Chessie the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company Kitten  not Cheesie.

Confession: When selling chiffon nighties I used to mention the pricks in the nylon of the gown. A buyer asked me to not send her any more pricks as she seemed to attract plenty on her own. I have since used the word picks.

I was browsing through looking at  an embroidery pattern

The seller's description of the Item  was  a

design for a  collar for the neck.

But what they had and were showing was

a really nice Slipper pattern.

Ooooh. I am going to start searching for bowels on Ebay.

Actually, given my family history with colon cancer, it might not be a bad thing to have a few bowels stashed away for a rainy day.

I had to go look for some bowels. Lo and behold, someone is selling Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Pick some up for that relative you strongly dislike. It comes in a powder form. Slip some in their tea, but don't give it to them too early in their visit, or, well, you know...

Looks like this thread could use a pick me up... so I have two contributions today.

Both were doll auctions.

1. The description was for a porcine doll.

2. This doll has humane hair.

:-x  You're welcome..

This is one of the sold unwanted gifts.  The seller did not say what was in it.  The photo was of the gift wrapped in paper.  It said, "I miss you, call me".  My husband found it and we laughed and laughed. It sold for $88.

Relisted due to ebay shutting my previous auction down because description wasnt accurate enough so ive now added dimensions.
