Tracking # not updating

So i sent my package out on time like i always do..But since Nov 3 the tracking has not updated....Whats going on....Here is the # 9105 1501 3471 1902 2873 87....Thanks for the help...

Welcome

USPS only offer Delivery Confirmation. Although many times a package will be scanned several times as it passes though sorting offices, the only scan you can actually expect to see is the one as delivery occurs.

If you also print a SCAN form after printing your labels you can ask your carrier or PO to scan that form to show acceptance of the package.

If you use PayPal to print your labels you must always use the multi shipping tool even if you only have one package. You print the SCAN form before printing the label/s.

If you use usps website you print the SCAN from after printing the labels.

If you take your packages to the PO and pay retail, if the clerk is not scanning your packages, you can ask them if they would, as I believe an acceptance scan is one of the reasons you are paying higher retail prices.

Also, keep in mind that tracking information is updated throughout the day, but most data is transmitted in the afternoon or evening. For example, if a seller mailed your package at 10:00 a.m., you might not be able to view tracking information until the next day.

But..Its not updating at all..

But..Its not updating at all..

As noted in the first reply, your package may not update until after it has been delivered.

Hey again.

Figure out how long it should take and add a couple of days for delays. You can do this by plugging in the two postcodes on the usps website.

First Class Mail is slower than Priority Mail which takes about three days. So depending how far the package has to travel it could be another few days.

As I said in my first post, it's not completely unusual to not show anything until delivery occurs. But you can follow the steps I outlined so that you do at least get you delivery scan, which is good to have for insured packages.

If you shipped this package from the PO counter keep your receipt.

If the package is still not delivered in a few more business days come back and we can offer advice on what to do next.

If this puts your mind to rest, I just checked the packages I shipped out Monday, on usps dot com.

Two of them had no scans until delivery occurred, the third one was scanned five times!!

So give it some more time.
