
I was just reading up on Turkish Customs regulations and it says the package can take a month to be delivered, and that Customs will sometimes "inspect" items and hold them (for whatever reason) until they are satisfied and then send them out to be delivered.
Really I do not think the fault is with the buyer. So I am still undecided as to whether I should go ahead and issue the full refund or wait it out. The buyer and I have alreasdy escalated a claim. This was my first time doing this so I did not know what else to do. The buyer and I have exchanged many many emails.
I also thinking that maybe someone oepened it, saw what was inside and kept it for themselves. ?????
Do I have to wait not for the escalation to run its course or can I go ahead and issue a refund to the buyer so we both can go on with our lives.
