Anyone else seeing the Visit Store button Missing On Listing Pages?

I may be losing track of all the recent changes, however, I just noticed the Visit Store button is missing in the module I screenshot below. Is anyone else noticing this? I hope this is another test and not a permanent change.

Letting a repeat buyer know I am listing an item they like

I have a repeat buyer who is an alumni to a college who's memorabilia I will sell when I come across it. Am I able to email her through ebay to let her know I am listing another item from her collega?

Case opened against buyer
