was just going through my account activity fee page and noticed something goofy. i contacted ebay and got a answer that i thought was a joke!!! i had 2 listings come down at the same price....49.99....one got charged 3.06 and the other 4.37. 1.31 difference. they explained that one was charged different because one was listed as one of my "5 FREE LISTINGS" in the month. now a quick check.

listing 1.......insert fee .15 for picture, free listing...sold for 49.99...charged 4.37 for fvf. total 5.52.

listing 2.......insert fee 1.15....sold for 49.99....fvf of 3.06. total 4.21. add in the 1.00 for free listing = 5.21. the difference is -.31 for item one with the free listing!!!!!

do the math...by me using a free listing i lost .31!!! now that was on a 50.00 item. had this been a couple hundred or more dollar item i would have lost way more!!!

my point is these free listings per month are a joke!!!! they are screwing people out of money. i asked if i could get those 5 free blocked off my account. they said no...that i needed to either sell something that would end for less than 25.00 or list my items then cancel them right away. are you kidding me??!!!! i have to do that for my "FREE LISTINGS" to save me money??!!!

cmon ebay!! this is horrible on your part. i have been a member since 1997. this is by far the biggest scam i have seen on here yet. i wish enough sellers could complain to get this resolved. i wonder how many users have even noticed this......SHAME ON EBAY!!!!!
