Hello fellow ebayers, I hope your morning/afternoon/evening/night is everything you want it to be. I come with an odd situation but I'm hopeful someone will know what to do.

Starting May 1—get up to 2,500 FREE listings* every month with an eBay Stores subscription

eBay has reduced the upfront cost to sell for Store sellers! With eBay’s new everyday rate plans, you get from up to 150 to 2,500 FREE listings* per month—no insertion fees, auction-style or fixed price—with an eBay Stores subscription. You pay a final value fee only when you sell! Plus, the final value fees for Stores have been streamlined to just 5 competitive category-based rates as low as 4%—and never more than 9%—regardless of how you sell.

Learn more about everything eBay Stores have to offer, then use the Fee Illustrator to find the best Store option for you! Watch this tutorial to learn how.

*Pay no insertion fees for your allotted free listings per calendar month. Optional fees, including advanced listing upgrades and supplemental service fees, still apply. Pay final value fees only when you sell. Motors Vehicles, Real Estate, Heavy Equipment, Concession Trailers & Carts, Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment and Commercial Printing Presses are excluded. 12 free pictures does not apply to Motors Vehicles listings. Unfortunately, and as you can see, only the first few lines of my message were posted above.

Our issue is this: I work at a Seattle antique business and we used to operate an account affiliated with our shop, Buster Drake Fine Vintage.

One of our empoyees, who we have been unable to reach for a long time, used to operate our ebay account. Due to their departure, we have not been able to access our account, which had good feedback built up. Not only do we not have the password for the account, we do not have the name itself. The account I'm writing this post with, foundryantiques, is old and we do not use it nowadays.

If you can help me, I would like to know if there is a way you have found to contact ebay and retrieve the use of our former account, which should have information registered to the owner of Buster Drake Fine Vintage.

Thank you so much.

you'd need a court order showing you owned the account, which you'd have to have all the information to prove ownership, including name of account.

your pay pal account should have all the info but the password
