Well, I bought 5 itens from a guy. I paid for the itens and like 2 days later this note appears at my "Won" List. So should I be afraid with that? Thx.

Hi. Seller was probably suspended for repeated policy violations (they have many neg/neut FB but it's only about 1% so not that bad). From looking at the ned/neut FB left it appears that they are selling items with a high failure rate so you're probably lucky. You should try to contact the seller to see if they have shipped or will ship your items. If not (or they do not respond) you can file an Item Not Received claim with PayPal (assuming you paid with PayPal). PayPal will refund your full payment unless the seller can prove the items were delivered.

Of course I completed purchase and paid as always do straight after bidding, how it could happen that eBay allowed to put list for bid that have ended more than 90 ago!! it didn't look suspicious at all-it was regular bidding procedure and after biding seller appear as non-registered, even he had last feedback yesterday.
can't trust anyone now, not sure will I feel safe enough to use eBay again.

You are misunderstanding that paragraph.

That is a standard email, sent for all auctions that get canceled. It also covers items that have disappeared from the database because they ended more than 90 days ago. When they suspend a seller they often cancel old auctions as well as new ones.

It does not apply to your item at all and is nothing to worry about.

The same thing happened to me: paid, not shipped, seller no longer registered, listing no longer listed. It sucks; I'm opening a dispute.
