Recently sold a pmd microderm system. buyer said she used it a couple of times & wants to return it.  It is now "not new".  I stated no returns (because it's hygienic). Any recourse?

only recourse is if buyer doesn't file a complaint of item not as described.

if they do, then ebay will allow them oreturn it for a refund
