Hi there,

Well, the thing is I did not put in the title that the Ipod has an issue with sound. but I did at the botton of my description.

Customer bought it, in the afternoon I sent him a message asking if he was sure about buying this ipod with an issue, if not (becasuse I know some customer do not read the hole thing) he can let me know before I send the ipod next day in the morning. He did not ask, so I  sent it normally.

But customer send me messages later on, I pod was on its way, telling me he wants his money because I did not state in te title that  the Ipod sound issue.

He is mad, telling me thins, he is going to open a dispute ... those things.

Well, I offered him to sent me back the ipod and pay my expenses <I sent it by priority mail, ebay and paypal fees>

My question is

Can he open a dispute and win because I did not state that in title?

Please help, it could be my first negative feedaback, i would like to avoid that.

Thanks :/

Yes, the buyer can win and probably will.

You had the wrong condition listed for this item also.

You chose the one that says it may have cosmetic damage but functions correctly....if the sound is messed up then it doesn't fucntion correctly.

You need to take care of this before they open a dispute,
