EXCHANGE and RETURNS

Does the buyer have to pay shipping for the exchanged item? I know that usually the buyer pays return shipping, but this is different. For example, I bought an item for $8.00 w/ $2.00 shipping. I exchange if for another item that is $20.00 w/ $2.00 shipping. So the difference is $12.00, but do I also have to pay the $2.00 shipping on the $20.00 item? making it $14.00 that I would have to pay the seller for the new item? Also, what would be the best way to make sure I actually will recieve the exchanged item?

yes , buyer pays shipping unless seller agrees to pay it.

if you haven't recieved the item as yet , best to cancel the transaction, selller has to do this in sending you the request. then buy the other item through pay pal.

you wouldn't pay 2 shipping charges .

and yes you owe $14, count the $8 as just the partial payment on $22. but you lose some protection paying in 2 payments.

suggest just cancel and then buy other item unless you reaaaaly trust seller
