If eBay is going to give discounts and give higher placement to certain sellers (and personally I don't think either is a good idea), then yeah, it makes sense to use that carrot to drag sellers into 21st century mail order practices.

 

And while it makes sense that some items shouldn't be required to offer returns, any exceptions would be quickly abused.

i nevelinks, but it's ebays sand box. they decide what is required.

 

but requiring returns doesn't work. if the want it to work there has to be more rewards for doing so. and a limit on the number a buyer can get in x days.
