refund

I have only refunded a few times, mostly paying a buyer back on overcharged shipping. Everytime I have, PP deduct I think its .30. Is that .30 not going back to the buyer? When I need to give a full refund, should I add .30 to thier total so they are getting every cent back?

No, not at all. They are getting the full amount.

Those are paypal fees that are refunded (by Paypal). I know it seems confusing --  but the full amount you are refunding is going to the customer

For instance, say you are refunding $5 for shipping costs

$4.50 - from your acct

+$.50 - Reimbursed paypal fees

______

$5.00 - Refunded to Buyer

Hope this helpw : )
