Terri's Wedding Favor shoe policy

I ordered shoes from Terri's Wedding Favors and the size fits but the Width of the shoe is way too tight. Within 2 hours of opening the box and trying them on I emailed the company whose policy is you don't get refunds but have to exchange it for the exact same shoe in different size. I bought a 6.5 and 7. both are too narrow...I cannot exchange for different size because it is the width...not size. Also not only do they not take it back but even if you order a different size the policy is to charge you shipping on the return plus a 20% restocking fee...I sent a note explaining the width problem...they won't budge. Now I am stock with $91 worth of shoes that don't fit.

I have problem buying shoes in a store. I can't understand how people can buy shoes online.  Email the seller and tell him that you are going to return them. YOu have to pay the return item.Tell him that you want the bid price.  You do NOT deserve the shipping.  You bought them and they did not fit. The seller shouldn't lose money because your foot is different!

Tell him that you will NOT agree to a restocking fee.  You will notify Ebay if you do NOT get your bid price back. SEnd the shoes back with delivery confirmation.

Tell the seller that you will agree to a mutual cancellation once you get your bid price back.

Do NOT give a negative to the seller because your feet don't fit the shoes.   Once you get your refund, drive to the mall and buy your shoes!

OP - If the seller won't agree to refund, you'll have to file a SNAD.  Ebay will most likely rule in your favor.  You'll get your original cost back, but you'll have to pay return them.  Make sure and use DC.  That is a requirement.

These are not shoes you can find in the store
They are impossible to find online only shoes for
Pageants for swimsuit competition. The seller knows that
Too. We have been to 90 stores. I wondered why
The seller was offering them so cheap and had such
An abundance in every size. . I don't think the maker makes them
Anymore due to how impossible they are to walk in.
The heel sits in middle of your heel so you literally
Tip backwards. My daughter is 21 and has a whole
Closet full of heels. These are ridiculous. I am naive
New shopper on eBay.

EBay turned it over to PayPal. Paypal escalated
To dispute. Lessons learned.

Why did eBay turn it over to PayPal? That makes no sense at all.....

Something is wrong with the story here....
