Search Visibility Analysis is not accurate?

I am using the Search Visibility Analysis reports to make decisions on thousands of our eBay listings, but have found that the tool is not accurate.

Here are some things I'm seeing:
It will show an item has no sales when we know for sure it did.

It will show an item has 0 impressions or clicks but people are watching it.

It doesn't show how far back the history goes for an item. Some items have 20,000 impressions - how long has it been collecting the data for that item? How do I know that an item history has been linked or not to the item's older listings for older history?

If the numbers are not accurate, what is this tool used for?

it also shows no free shipping on items that have free shipping.

there are too many glitches to count or to assess real information to be able to make logical decisions.

We began collecting sales and impressions over the summer.

Would you be willing to send me some example item ids that don't show any sales in the visibility tool so we can investigate further?
