We are pleased to announce enhancements to the Download Sales History feature in Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro. All subscribers can now manage their upload and download activity from a centralized location. Members using Selling Manager Pro will be able to download active listings and schedule recurring future downloads.

Key features for Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro:

Centralized page to manage upload/download activity.
You can now go to the new File Management Center page from the Seller Tools section to manage your entire upload and download activity. This new page replaces the old Download Sales History link in the left hand navigation bar.

Email confirmation for Sales History download request. You can request a sales history download and will receive an email confirmation when the file is ready to be downloaded.

For Selling Manager Pro only:

Ability to download active listings.
Selling Manager Pro users can now choose to download their active listings as well as all types of sold item listings. Sellers can use the active listings download to help keep track of all current active listings.

Ability to schedule recurring requests for downloading sold item information.
Selling Manager Pro users will be able to set up recurring future downloads of their sold items.

We are subscribed to Selling Manager and are attempting to download the sales history data to automate some of our back end tasks.

1. The history lacks the buyer's email address. This is important for custom buyer communication.

2. Address information is not provided when there are multiple items under the same sales record number.

Is there any other way to download the email and information on multiple item orders ?

Hello,
I just dowloaded the new Sellers assistant basic...it wiped out my old template (with background colors and fonts), and when I tried to re create it, I cannot create a new table, only fonts colors. Is there a patch for this or what? White background is WAY to harsh

Is there a way to find out what Similar items have sold for on e-bay. Say I have a Wedgwood dinner plate in a specific pattern-- can e-bay tell me what the sale prices for this plate have been in the last 12 months.

I tried 3 times last evening to download the new required issue of SaPro. It crashed 3 times at the end where it wanted me to subscribe. No sales processed, no new listings posted and now software that doesn't work, again. Time is money and untested software always costs me both. Small business support here seems to be fading fast!

I downloaded this program a few days back, it is such a pain, it kept freezing my systems (2) it takes forever to open, i sat almost for 45 minutes just trying to open it up..AM I DOING ANYTHING WRONG or is this A SLOW AS HELL PROGRAM? I love all the functions from what I read, now only if I could use them..and it's not my computer, i have 2 brand new computers, fast as lightening and both are freezing up..HELP!!!

I have noticed that the new enhancements in Turbo Lister do not allow for "Other" shipping options in the "Calculated base on address" section. Are you going to offer that option. I use FedEx not UPS.

Very unhappy, cant edit any of my items, also crashes when edit multiple items. Just started doing this with you lastest Lister 2 Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled same thing, can list without the lister because all my stuff is in it. Get back to me ASAP i cant loose money on this.

There is a problem with Turbo Lister 2. When You put a number, like 2,500, in the Item Title, you get an error message that states ERROR:-Invalid. Zip code must be 5 to 9 digits. There is no way to change this error.

Don't know what the problem is, but Turbo Lister stopped working. (Can't upload), and Turbo Lister 2 has the same problem. Connects, gets listing fees, then hangs. Ctrl+alt+del is the only way to exit the process. Uninstalled, reinstalled... same things happen.

I've also noticed the 'update program' feature does the same, downloads all the updates, and sits for hours, until you ctrl+alt+del and force the program to end.

I've seen buggy programs, but this takes the cake. Maybe a fix to the program, to prevent this bug from occuring.

Turbo Lister 1 worked up to about a week ago. Then went belly up, thought it was a problem with eBay servers... Says I have a Proxy error. (When I have no proxy, and have no other programs running.)
