Designer is not showing in my listing today

I just checked our auctions and the designer feature we pay , I believe, $.15 per listing, is not showing today. They are all plain listings. Anyone else? Are we getting a refund?

in my 2 auctions started 2 days ago, designs are showing today. But I set up an auction today (starting next tuesday) and I couldn't find the option available. They charge $0.10 for it, isn't it?

Another issue; I uploaded 2 pictures and they didn't charge any thing for the second picture. Is there a promotion around?

Sorry. I just read the eBay News in the link to the left, and they mention the free pictures, up to 6 or something. check it yourself.
