Who knows why such a seemingly unnecessarily large parcel of land was compulsorily purchased?

Read the articles. They explain it.

It does seem strange though ... but then again, there are so many things about the 9/11 event which seem strange.

What seems strange is so few (MIHOPs) people claiming they are so many. (In the midst of numerous other claims that are either illogical or unsupported.)
