We've read many, many articles on these LUDICROUS proposed changes, meant only to generate more money to feed the GREED of feebay and DESTROY quality, honest sellers...

We've watched post after post after post of the DEDICATED sellers who've already closed stores, pulled auctions and emptied paypal accounts...

By sticking TOGETHER, we WILL make CHANGE happen!

Hello boycottgreedbay... too flippin' funny! lmho! :^O

Hi pattywhimsey... there are LOTS of threads on this board and just about evey other board on ebay if you want to read up on it... in a nutshell though... the boycott is a pledge many, many (like thousands!) buyers and sellers have made to not buy or sell anything on greedbay for a week... longer if possible...

You can even google "ebay boycott" and come up with hundreds of news articles and blogs about it too...

Join us if you can! :-D

I have a question on the Boycott. Do I actually end all my listing or put my store on vacation? I know ending will stop feeding E-bay, but will putting my store on vacation also end the fees for that time?

Gosh reddawnie, that's a great Q... I never opened an ebay store, just because it seemed to take away that "sense of urgency" that an auction style has... I'd type that in the greedbay help field or I'm sure someone helpful on the boards will come along and answer that for you! :)

Gads! Now I know another reason not to open a store! 10% to 25% FVF?!?! Holy moly, how do you guys do it!

Here's what I found reddawnie:
"Note: You will continue to be charged the normal fees (such as your Store subscription fee and listing-related fees) while vacation settings are on."

So feebay of them!

My last lot sold closed 31 Jan.
I got a BIG jump on the boycott.

And my last bid closes tonight.

I'm ready.

Be careful of the upstart competition.
Many don't have a track record yet and most will go toes-up before this all shakes out.

Never insult an alligator until AFTER you have crossed the river.
