Please clarify eBay's Upcoming "No Text In Image" policy

To the eBay Tickets Team:

In reviewing the upcoming "No Text In Image" and "Picture Requirement" for all listings as announced within the 2012 Spring Seller Update, URL: http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/news/newlistingrequirements.html , it is unclear on eBay's expectations on how to apply these new policies to "Ticket" category listings.

On behalf of the RocketPoster eBay Listing solution which powers the majority of the eBay "Ticket" Category listings on behalf of 100's of ticket brokers, the listings we power generally include one or more of the following images within the description:

a) a custom designed Ticket Utils seating chart for corresponding event and venue of the ticket(s) being listed.
b) a section view photograph licensed from SeatData, or a virtual 3D rendering of a section view image licensed from FanVenues for corresponding section, event and venue of the ticket(s) being listed. These section view photographs/virtual 3D images are available for many US professional sports, but unavailable for most concerts & theater events.
c) a highlighted seating chart image which highlights the section for the corresponding event and venue of the ticket(s) being listed.

Further, the gallery image of the eBay "Ticket" Category listings we power generally include one or more of the following images:

a) a blended section view image with text containing the "Section" value of the tickets being listed, similar to, http://static.rocketposter.com/custom/eBayListings/2012-06-19_124930.png
b) a custom designed Ticket Utils seating chart, similar to, http://static.rocketposter.com/custom/eBayListings/2012-06-19_124950.png
c) text containing the Section/Row values of the tickets being listed, similar to, http://static.rocketposter.com/custom/eBayListings/2012-06-19_125000.png .

Similar to the confusion over the new "Return Policy" as I wrote about here, http://forums.ebay.com/db1/topic/Tickets/5200089591 , there is similar confusion on whether the "No Text In Image" and "Picture Requirement" applies to "Ticket" category listings, and if so, what eBay would like displayed in place of the content outlined above.

Depending on eBay's response on how to apply these policies to "Ticket" category listings, it might take some lead time in order to make the necessary accommodations to update the (approx.) 500,000 ticket category listings powered by the RocketPoster listing solution.
