Status on eBay Tickets experience: Tickets Quantity Change

To the eBay Tickets Team:

Back in February, eBay sent the below email informing of upcoming changes to the eBay Tickets experience allowing sellers better flexibility in control over multi-quantity fixed priced ticket listings with a target go-live date of "early April".

As of this posting, this feature does not yet appear to be available, and I have yet to come across any further seller updates in regard to this matter.

Kindly provide a status on the enablement schedule for this feature, or if it has been indefinitely postponed.

Subject: Tickets category updates make selling even easier

Thanks to suggestions from sellers like you, we're proud to announce a number of updates to the eBay Tickets experience.

In early April, you'll be able to select whether buyers:

* Can purchase your tickets in any quantity

* Must purchase the entire quantity of tickets in one transaction

* Can purchase your tickets in any quantity, as long as you are left with a minimum set of 2 tickets

This update will give you more visibility and flexibility for your Tickets listings, and better buyer transparency on the quantity - and price of - the tickets being purchased.

Once these updates are in place, you'll encounter messaging within the Sell Your Item tool that will help guide you through these new options.

We want to thank you for your continued business on eBay.

Sincerely,
The eBay Tickets Team
