He is a fraud!!!

I traded a pair of Indigo BBC Ice Cream Jeans S for a Bape phone case and I never received the case.

Now he is the selling the jeans on ebay for $88.00

This guy is a complete fraud.

Does anyone know how to alert ebay and hopefully get my money back?

I have proof that it was a trade and I have the tracking and confirmation number that I personally sent him those exact pair of jeans.

I dont think eBay will help you with a trade.... They couldnt collect fees on a trade so they dont like that.

If your proof is in the form of an email or some form of identifying documentation and was sent through the US Postal Service you may...MAY have a case of fraud. I would gather all relevant info you have including a copy of your jeans listed for sale, take it to your local post office and see what they say.

For such a low dollar item you may be SOL but to my knowledge that is your only recourse.

I would do some sabre rattling by sending your trading partner an email letting him know you are taking it to the postal service to persue a charge of mail fraud against him.

Don't know if any of this will work but at least you learned what NOT to do on eBay.

Good Luck!

How about if you bid on ebay and win the jeans.  Pay for them  with credit card paypal .  Then when you get the jeans, file a claim with PAYPAL/ebay.... It's like stealing your own jeans back.

Sure, I know that this is wrong and unethical but if the poster is not lying, I say steal the item back.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU USE A CREDIT CARD.

AND in the future, Ebay is for buying and selling and NOT trading.
