Hello!

 

Is anyone else having issues typing in the info on your TA profiles in the "service, fees, and terms and conditions" areas??? I keep typing my info in there but it does not save nor does it show up on my actual profile in the directory! It is very frustrating!! I have typed out the info about 9 times already and so far I've gotten the "service" area to save and show up but nothing else. I've called eBay and the lady I spoke with did not know anything about the TA program and was no help what so ever. Any ideas??

Hello!

 

Is anyone else having issues typing in the info on your TA profiles in the "service, fees, and terms and conditions" areas??? We've posted about this quite a few times on here already. Welcome to the club. No one is over the TA program now that Sharon has left eBay so we're on our own. eBay does not support the program like they used to in the very beginning of TA and Drop Off Store days so find other ways to market yourself. Very few ever get truly viable and profitable leads from the TA system anyway. A few but not enough to justify the time to even bother setting yourself up on this site.

I have also called on this issue and was told I would get an ansewer back is 48 hours; that was a week ago. So if anyone can help us, let us know. Thanks

The person in charge of the TA program now works for Inuit.

 

She has not been replaced yet.
