Yeah, so this agent will pick up this $800 jukebox this week, haul it to his house, the buyer paid this morning and will be back in town next month to pick it up. Got that? Read it again.
I sort of know the agent. I don't know if he has anything in writing from the buyer saying he can pick this up. I don't know how to word a receipt so the agent can sign it saying he picked up the item and is responsible for it.
I don't know much.
How do I do this? I read through our other threads, but nothing on letting someone else pick up an item and hold it.
