I am VERY concerned about VERO. Check out the drama at the purse board. Fakes. Ripoffs. SNAD.
Lots of issues.

Ann...don't be overly shy because of the purses people...there are a lot of things going on in that category. For one, there IS a lot of counterfeiting in the handbag industry, but secondly there is ALOT of nasty underhanded competition in that category. Seller on seller stuff...you know, undercutting the competition. Then there are these few women who are on a mission in the handbag counterfeiting area...they've opened up their own websites. They're fools...doing voluntarily for LV and others what those companies can MORE than pay to do for themselves.
Those are category specific problems. I don't think you'll have the same problem in watches.
AND if this is a second hand watch...then you have no VERO problems to worry about at all...the right of first sale stands...manufacturer has the right to earn their royalty on the FIRST sale of an item, ie...when the item is NEW. After that, manufacturer has no rights in the resale of items they have already gotten their profit on in the FIRST sale (ie...sale of used items). Is that clear...am I explaining this correctly.
