Could we sell them on Ebay?  I'm asking this question, b/c Ebay told me I cannot sell them & they removed it from my listing.  Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thank you!

You can sell it but you can not say in your listing you will email the code. Digitally delivered goods are not allowed (anything delivered by email).

Ebay did you a favor because scammers can get your code then file INR and you have no tracking to prove you sent anything.

Put at the top of your listing "this card will be sent via first class mail with delivery confirmation" that tells the scammers to move along because you are wise to their game. And your listing will comply with ebay policy.

If someone asks you after the sale to email the code you can if you want. It is likely an honest buyer who just wants to get on xbox live right away. But make sure you also ship the card so you have tracking showing it was delivered.

I don't email the codes to the buyer.  At first, I thought that was the reason my listing was removed.  I clearly stated on the description of my listing that I'll ship (1st class shipping) the physical card to the buyer. The reason why Ebay removed it from my listing b/c the 12 month gold membership card is not allowed to  be sold on Ebay.  I was a bit confused about the removal b/c there are many sellers selling the same card.

The xbox live gold card is allowed to be sold. It falls under the policy for gift cards. Here is policy, is there anything here that may have triggered a violation, like if you had two listed at the same time.

Another possibility is that a competing seller reported you for no reason and a minimum wage dingus at ebay removed the listing.

Thank you for replying to my messages.  I don't think I'm selling 2 similar items at the same time.  I might be wrong with this one.  Selling 2 similar items at the same time wasn't the reason on the message that Ebay sent me.  This was the message that they sent me.

2 items removed:

- Xbox Live Gold Starter kit w/ 400 microsoft points, chatpad & headset ONLY (12-Month Gold Membership Subscription Card is not included) *NEW*

- *NEW* Xbox Live 12-Month Gold Membership Subscription Card *SAME DAY SHIPPING!*

Your listing has been removed.

We have removed your item because we do not allow the sale of virtual items or related software that may violate a company’s copyright. In this case you have listed an item which is not tangible and is only available in a virtual setting. Virtual items include, but are not limited to: online accounts, game characters, game currency, game points, power leveling services, etc. Please do not relist this item.

Please be aware that indicating you are selling your time or services or that the item is 'free' will not prevent your listing from being removed.

We don't let sellers list virtual products such as online game characters, accounts, currency, codes that can be redeemed for in-game items, or related software. This helps protect the people who originally created the products and own the rights to reproduce and sell them.

What did you mean when you said, "minimum wage dingus at ebay removed the listing"?

Ebay has a bunch of subnormals on the payrole who have no clue what ebay policy is. If you showed them an xbox they probably wouldn't know what it was. So if something gets reported what will happen is anyones guess.
