At a recent auction I bought a box of jewelry (mostly very inexpensive pieces) which also contained a Driva woman's watch. I haven't been able to find out much about that brand, except that the company was apparently started in Geneva in 1924. The jeweler I took it to said he could repair it for $50.00, and I told him to go ahead, although I may be wasting my money. Are these watches worth anything? This one has a spring-loaded bangle type band with a safety chain (not gold - silver-colored, but probably not silver). It is decorated with quite a few small baguette-style rhinestons. It's a neat piece, probably from the 50's? Not sure if I'll keep it to wear or list it. Anyone have any input on this one?
