I recently purchased my third Gruen pocket watch, i guess you could call me a glutton for punishment but i enjoy the challenge of history. However, I have been having more trouble with this one than most trying to date it. I am also concerned if the movement and watch case went together originally or if this is a piece job. In fact any information anyone would have about this piece I would appreciate very much. The case is a mystery to me as to what it is made of as well? How does one figure out information about wadsworth case numbers and cases?
