Hello to everyone,

This is my first time visiting the watch board, I am really out of my element, so go easy on me;) I picked this up in a lot and I cannot find anything on it. I 've searched "Mon-Corte" until I'm blue in the face and nadda, nothing. Also I cannot get the back/face off. I thought perhaps as I couldn't find a seam that it would twist off, no go. Has anyone ever heard of this type of watch? How do you get the back off? Any ideas on when this was made??

I suspected newer by the style, do you know anything about the company? I found it odd that a google search returned nothing on the name.

Just a name someone thought up, probably only used for a year or so, vanished without internet trace.

 

People have to think things important enough to upload them somewhere before internet search can find them.
