Well, from what I can see of it in that photo when zooming in, especially of the dial and hands, it appears to be fairly recent quartz costume jewelry. If you can pop the back off it and take a clear closeup of the movement inside, that will help considerably.
If it's battery-powered quartz, it would be of little interest or value to watch collectors; you'd need to sell it on the basis of its fashion appeal only. If it's a mechanical-wind movement, that would suggest that it's much older... though again, its biggest appeal is probably that of a clothing accessory more than anything else. See what's inside.
