I elected to "buy it now" on a nearly $500 camera lens last Friday. I immediately e-mailed the seller to get a quote for overnight shipping because I need the lens by this coming Friday. I sent about 6 e-mails (very polite and willing to do what ever it took to get the lens here by the time I need it). Not once have I gotten a response from the seller. I did however receive a read receipt so I know the seller read at least one of the e-mails. I give the seller the benefit of the doubt and wait...

If you place a bid...the reserve price was not met....the auction ended...and the seller relists the item and gives you a second chance offer do you have to buy it? I would say not since the original auction ended and you found something else. Please help? Thanks

I paid for an item on October 9th - I paid for PRIORITY US mail shipping. Now its the 22nd and still no item! And on the 20th I emailed the seller and asked if they could please tell me when the item was shipped or when it might arrive? I still have not gotten a response. This is happening more and more - I do not get an answers to my questions - weather its before I bid or after I have paid and waited for weeks! - NO response! Hello, I sold a vintage copper enameling kiln a couple weeks ago. The winning buyer placed her first bid at $150, then continued to bid 6 times before winning the auction at $197.50. I tried to describe the item to the best of my ability, included several photos, answered all questions that were asked and had them appear at the bottom of the listing for all bidders to see. I also listed it as is, if that even means anything. When I didn't hear from the winning bidder for several days...

Did not pay insurance. Item recieved quickly, however, MAJOR DAMAGE. Item, in my opinion, not packaged well. (item 4.5" square, box about 6"x10", not wrapped well or padded well) Seller has a good feedback history. Seller indicated that I had not paid for insurance, however, used FEDEX for first time, which does automatically insure. I hope my experience doesn't happen to anybody else. Here's what happened. Oct. 16 Won item. I tried to pay immediately through PayPal, but received a error message that said "seller unable to accept payment". I email the seller and replied back saying that he'll get is straightened out on Monday. Oct. 17 Tried to pay several times throughout the day. Same error message (seller unable to accept payments) Oct. 18 Received a bill from seller. Tried to pay again. Succeeded! I emailed...

I found a game boy advance by this seller (she had one for sale) I emailed her and asked if she had another to purchase (I needed two for my twin girls birthday gift) she emailed me back right away and said yes! She told me to call her office to discuss it... I called and she said she had another that she would put up for auction.. I went back to the site and purchased them both.. I called her back and asked if she could ship by a certain date and she said she could.. Everything was fine at...

PayPal says that they don't deal with items not significantly as described and I can't contact Ebay to initiate a complaint? Seems as if I'm getting the runaround. The seller refuses to refund until I return the item yet I'm reluctant to do so since it's the only proof I have that the item was blatantly misrepresented.

Hi everyone.. I recentely bought a sunglasses from a seller in Canada and the transaction went fine but before I purchased them the seller agreed that if I wasn't happy with them I could either return for refund or get a exchange. I received them in a week and realized the glasses didn't look right on me and I asked for refund. I sent them back via EMS and claimed the glasses as a repair glasses under $20.00 for customs. when I track on line it says it's arrived in Canada meaning it's in...

I won two auctions 10/21/05 a.m. from same user and today she is listed as Not a registered user! I did not pay the autions because I was hoping for a shipping discount and have emailed her three x, once before aution ended and twice since, No reply. I am still supposed to pay? I am afraid of being taken, but do not want to get into trouble with ebay. Please advise! I have been on ebay for years but do not buy much so don't know the rules to well. Thank-You

Won item, paid through PayPal instant payment following day, received item one month later as described with no communication from seller. Does this call for a negative feedback? Seller does not have a good track record and I will not buy from seller again.
