I found an item for sale in a auction, and asked seller if he would "end it now', and he said yes, and asked me to pay through his PayPal. I paid $62 with shipping for the item. He then forgot to end the auction, and then it got too late to end. He then wrote me to bid and win on the auction, not pay for it, and he would ship for the price I already paid him. Well, now the auction went for more then "WE" agreed on, and he wants the full amount. What can I do about this? Is there anything I can...

This is a response to the Post....that some Ebay Buyers are upset and feel that Sellers are not leaving Feedback. Here is my answer: Sellers need Feedback...Buyers do not. Why should a Buyer ever care if they get keep getting Feedback from Sellers? Explain it to me, I don't understand. Maybe getting the first 25-50 could be important to you...but after that why do you need it? HOWEVER, If all you do is Buy..... then any Feedback is meaningless...even when Sellers could leave...

I bought a rare T-shirt on 10/29/09. After a week, I emailed the seller and asked him what the status was on the shipping. He said that he was really behind and that it would go out that day. Well, he still hasn't sent it and it's been almost a month since I purchased it. He won't return any of my messages now. I'm not interested in a refund. I really want the shirt because it's a really hard to find item. If I open a dispute on paypal, will that get him to send the item out faster or will...

i am very disappointed since ebay change the feedback rules it goes down..... if i contact ebay always the same answer, sorry for that problem.. for example a funbidder bid on 3 different items ($ 35000) until today the account work i had last 30 days 4 bidders (100% the same person because the email adresses are very similar) last month i had to pay the invoice from ebay ($ 500) without any sale!!! just for the fees of the funbidder sales.... ok i will get back the refund as a...

I bought a motherboard, and received it on the 9th (Mon). There was a part broken, I assume in shipping. (the box was too short). Nothing trivial like a bad Driver CD, it was the hasp/strap for the heatsink. I called UPS to let them know and sent a e-mail to the seller, to the three addresses I had. UPS said to let the shipper know, not much they can do. Around 4pm on the 10th (Tue), I have not heard from seller, so I sent an E-bay message. Evening of the 11th (Wed) I'm a little...

Hi, I bought a dvd set on November 3 and now it's November 22 and it hasn't arrived yet, so I went to check the sellers page and now he/she has a bunch of negative feedback saying that their items were never shipped/received and they can't get in touch with the seller after sending messages. Should I leave negative feedback or wait a little longer to see if I get a reply? I only just sent out the message today. But now I'm getting worried. I really would rather not have to file a complaint...

If the seller made a "mistake" in shipping the wrong item to both buyers and one buyer was to refuse to ship the wrong item back for the right item what would happen ??? ..Yes another buyer has my item and the seller is trying to get a hold of that buyer. Should the buyer pay for the return fee .

I'm not sure if it's a problem with the Search crash that's been happening this weekend or not, but I wanted to let those buyers know who read this board that when you search for items, in order to see those items that match your search terms that are in stores (as opposed to auctions or fixed price), you must select the menu item on the left under Preferences: Buying Formats: Include Store Inventory. Otherwise all the items that match your terms will not show up.

The invoices that came from the sellers used to have the sellers email addy on them. ie...when you reply to an invoice you could reply to the seller. Now all I get are just the reply to ebay invoices. It is such a pain if I want to send a Ty to the seller or ask another question. I now have to go back to the listing page and *ask seller a question* anyone else have this problem?

Hello Everyone A newbie that startd May 6th, just won one of my auctions. They have sent me a email asking that I ship to Nigeria instead of their cotact information physical address. My listing preferences are set to only allow biddrs to the Countires that I will ship to "Usa and Canada", it seems that this individual set up their account with a canadian address, I tried to call this person and the phone number is incorrect. I do not feel good about any of this, here is a copy of the email...

I was going through my several pages of Won items, and saw one I hadn't paid for, and it said there was an unpaid item strike for that item. I had not received notification of a case being opened or closed, and there were no Alerts showing up. So I asked about it and mentioned that I wasn't getting notifications, and was told to check my spam folder. Found it there: "We opened an unpaid itrem case..." (on the seventh day after close) WE????? The seller didn't open it, so why was...

I won an auction on the 13th and paid with PalPay. The payment cleared on the 18th. After I paid on the 13th, the seller messaged me saying thanks for the payment. He said he'd send the item priority mail with insurance the same day my payment cleared, and I should receive it in 2-3 days once it ships. He said he'd let me know when it ships.
