Hi everyone: As of July 9th, we've begun our first redemption period for the eBay Bucks Beta program. Ebayer since 1998 has just had the worlds most and ebay unbelievable experience with a gawd awful seller and paypal have let them get away with it. Here's the saga: I bought a pair of pants from seller and paid for them. Within minutes I went back to see if he had more of them and he did. I checked to see if he combines shipping and he did. I intended to put in a bid for 15.95 and accidently put in the bid at 115.75. Of course the sale went way over my intended 15.95 and the seller is simply stating "I expect payment." I have tryed to contact them and explain the mistake, offered to mail my proof of error, and even told him to look at the history bids and check the show automatic bids. I found an item for sale in a auction, and asked seller if he would "end it now', and he said yes, and asked me to pay through his PayPal. I paid $62 with shipping for the item. He then forgot to end the auction, and then it got too late to end. He then wrote me to bid and win on the auction, not pay for it, and he would ship for the price I already paid him. Hi All, I am rewording this question since I inadvertantly went again eBay policy...My apologies. I purchased an item (Apple iPhone) on November 12. I paid immediately thru PayPal and seller left me a positive feedback shortly after. Seller says the item shipped Priority Mail on November 13th. It is now Nov. 22nd and item has not arrived. Hey, I Got A Interesting Message From A Seller. I Bought A Copy Of Modern Warfare 2 For Xbox360,The Seller Sent A Message That The Item Will Go Out Tommorow Morning,But The Money I Paid Him They Wont Release It Till I Leave Him Feedback!! After, almost right after, I bought an item (64 gig flash drive) ebay notifies me that the item has been pulled. I contact the seller and he says it's shipped. Closing in on 3 weeks later and nada. I tried to open a dispute on ebay and paypal but both claim the item doesn't exist . I have all the emails, all the transaction numbers so how do I get my money back when ebay won't even allow me to go through the suggested methods? Seller had less then 100 percent feedback but only 3...

i am very disappointed since ebay change the feedback rules it goes down..... if i contact ebay always the same answer, sorry for that problem.. for example a funbidder bid on 3 different items ($ 35000) until today the account work i had last 30 days 4 bidders (100% the same person because the email adresses are very similar) last month i had to pay the invoice from ebay ($ 500) without any sale!!! just for the fees of the funbidder sales.... ok i will get back the refund as a...

On Saturday we fixed a software issue that resulted in a disruption to our site. Because this was an isolated incident and not systemic, we were able to quickly correct the problem and resume normal operations. I bought a motherboard, and received it on the 9th (Mon). There was a part broken, I assume in shipping. (the box was too short). Nothing trivial like a bad Driver CD, it was the hasp/strap for the heatsink. I called UPS to let them know and sent a e-mail to the seller, to the three addresses I had. This is a response to the Post....that some Ebay Buyers are upset and feel that Sellers are not leaving Feedback. Here is my answer: Sellers need Feedback...Buyers do not. Why should a Buyer ever care if they get keep getting Feedback from Sellers? Explain it to me, I don't understand. Maybe getting the first 25-50 could be important to you...but after that why do you need it? HOWEVER, If all you do is Buy..... then any Feedback is meaningless...even when Sellers could leave...
