Hi everyone: As of July 9th, we've begun our first redemption period for the eBay Bucks Beta program. Hi, I've been sitting patiently waiting for Item #300390583484 to arrive. Today I went and checked an email I had received from the seller with the delivery confirmation number, and it shows as have been delivered on this past Thursday, 2/4! Problem is, I never got it. I always go out and collect my mail as soon as it arrives and there was no package on that day. This is a first for me. I bid on an auction that ended 2/3, but I didn't win. A few days after the auction ended, I got a second chance offer because the winning bidder never paid. I accepted and paid immediately. The seller sent me a message today saying the winner paid this morning (6 days after auction ends, and after the seller has already recieved my payment) and so he was instead going to sell it to him. He then said to "remove my payment from paypal." So, do I file a claim for...

Hi, seller offered me 10 pcs. of 'Spy Camera' for a discount price $130. The problem is that 1 piece of these gadgets costs only around $10. I asked him that why the discount price is higher and his reply was very strange: "That means if you pay lower price the quality may less than the normal." I think, he lies...

Im new to this board but Need help and have no idea of what to do., I bought an Autographed Photo after winning the bid. Before i placed my bid i asked the seller a question " Is the Autograph Genuine?" He replied "YES" After checking out his store for additions items to buy i noticed the exact signed photo up for auction ...posted just seconds after i paid. So i asked him "how do you have more than one ?" He then told me that the pic I bought was a print. What to do?...

I have a "what would you do" question... I recently purchased a bulk order of 50 items from a Chinese company. The items were described as "new". When I received them, the shipment was poorly packaged. This caused the individual boxes to be beat to heck. Of the 50 boxes, 42 of them were crushed, torn or otherwise ruined. On another ID I purchased a widget. The auction description misrepresented the item or the seller sent the incorrect item. To get my refund, the seller said I can reclose the bag, write refused on it, and drop it in a blue USPS box. The seller states they will refund when they receive the item back. Is this seller giving me the correct information to process a a refund? If the seller changes his mind and refuses to refund, will Paypal refund my money if I sent the item back like this?...

Can a store have make an offer on an item and then after you've made several offers.... and then at my request via email, be informed they are not taking any offers??? Just seems wrong.... sillier thing yet, they have multiple listings for this item and none have sold lately... obviously they don't want to move their inventory.... crazy

purchased boots. described as authentic ugg's-not! seller offers 1/2 the refund. have agreed to 3/4 amount. they have not paid, but ebay request a revision of feedback.. they said to try to comprimise, but I'm the loser I think.

I won high priced item in UK. I live in US. I paid and seller did not send. I filed a claim and he refunded. Problem? I want the item what should I do. I contacted trust and safty but they cant help. I was thinking take him to court but I dont know how. Take to court here in US or court in UK. Appreciate any help.

I BID ON AN ITEM ON ACCIDENT AND I TALKED TO THE SELLER SHE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING I EXPLAINED TO HER MY SITUATION AND SHE ASKED ME TO FIND OUT IF THERE WAS ANYWAY I COULD SEND HER A REQUEST TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION SO SHE WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT TO SEND A REQUEST TO ME ANYONE KNOW LIKE A LINK I COULD GO TO?

I bought an item from a seller that listed USPS Priority Mail - and I paid over $7.00 for priority mail. Seller sent the item first class mail, it shows a weight of 5 ounces. There was no protective packaging to protect it from the elements, the item was just shoved into an envelope and mailed to me (clothing). Would you report the seller for charging for a delivery type that wasn't provided? I have emailed the seller to resolve the problem and am waiting to hear from them before taking...

More a question out of curiosity then a need for assistance. Got a bit of a snarky note from a about an item I won with a snipe bid. Paid as soon as I won an hour or so later Seller left FB. I’m guessing another bidder got my buying ID by checking the Seller FB on the item I won. With the inane “hidden bidder” system in place now, outside of researching FB on an auction that has ended, is there any other way to get the name of the winning bidder?
