I am currently bidding on a Miu Miu Coffer bag, but feel like it is not the geniune article. Seller offers refund but will not refund the shipping fee and I have to pay the return shipping as well. Is this a scam? Authentic Black Miu Miu Matelase Coffer Bag

I know I'm not supposed to talk about this, but I received an offer on some shoes that I have up for auction and I don't know what to do. Hello, I am a fairly new seller here on Ebay. I started out selling my daughters clothes that she had grown out of on Ebay in order to make money to purchase more clothing for her. I actually quite enjoyed selling and knew I would be in desperate need of money to buy my children Christmas gifts this season, so I started purchasing items at a thrift store and selling them on here. My problem is that I would like to sell more and I only find on average about 6 items a week at the thrift store....

I got this ASQ today: "Living in Switzerland and being a big fan of all these terrific picture sweaters I kindly ask you whether you'd also send packages/shiffybags out of your lovely country. I have several pairs of my grandson's shoes (dress, sneakers, TCP dockers, etc.) to list, some have only been worn once or twice, some never. They're toddler sizes. So, do you prefer to buy shoes in lots or separate pairs? I was thinking separate them because if I'm looking dress shoes I don't necessarily want sneakers. KWIM? This is the email I received from my buyer GALLAPOS. Actually, this is not a question, it is a complaint. The item should have been described as "damaged" not pre-owned. I plan on leaving negative feedback when the alloted time allows. This is not a true "Bluefish" transaction, they would have accurately described the tear and inept repair. Now I don't know where the damage is located because my buyer has not sent me a picture of my flaw nor told me the location. So I sent her this...

Ruth Goldway was on C-Span this morning but I missed most of the interview. I did hear a caller tell her that if they wouldn't "give away" free boxes, they wouldn't have to raise rates or cut out Saturday services (paraphrased). She didn't do a very good job of making it clear that when we use the boxes, we actually ARE paying for them. i'm not sure how to handle this return, all opinions welcome. i didn't realize a certain brand i sold was from a factory outlet, plus failed to put a picture of the tag in the listing. i did supply measurements per usual. now the issue is a buyer is upset because she wishes i would have mentioned they were from an outlet. i'm claiming ignorance here as i assumed it was an older tag, not an outlet tag. which is my fault, i know. even so, she doesn't think they fit the way the...

Does anyone know if this is one of the Dana Buchman pieces from Kohl's? It's not 100% silk, but a silk blend with rayon and acetate which leads me to think Kohl's. I included a pic of the label if that helps. I couldn't find any pics that included a view of the label on the Kohl's website.

I have a great tip for ebay storage.The BEST zippered storage bags, they are tough and lightweight They are 18x14x8 and stack up nicely I love being able to see what's in there! they also have a clear pocket on inside for inventory sheet. I found these idly browsing posters listings on the power sellers board. Good shopping there, like it is here Link and a nice little year end tax deduction I was going to split an order and give DD half of them, I ended up buying...

Not sure if it's a result of y'days fiasco, but my traffic today is way way down. Traffic report is projecting page views to be equal to or below Saturday's (is that even possible?). I posted new items on Thursday & Friday so I'm kind of surprised. Had a few asq's last few days & now no followup. Maybe buyers got turned off after not being able to search yday. Anyone else experiencing same thing or have sales picked up today & it's just me? (searches seem to be working fine for me)
